The game allows you a max of 3 of each candy (6 total).

To collect more than that, ask for a friend’s help in sending.  If you send all of your candies out to a friend, you can find more candies in the trees and keep sending them out.

Once you have all the candies you want, your friend can send them back to you.  There is a limit of 99 of each candy this way.

SUPER-TIP:  If you are ONLY looking for ONE (or two) types of candy, keep in your chest 3 of each of the candies you DON’T want, and send out only the candy you WANT to keeping finding, to a friend’s account. That will be the only candy you find in the trees, since the other candies are at their limit!

Personally, my neighborhood is so big it takes too long to run through the whole neighborhood.  I ONLY visit the trees around my house (there are six, I think), go back into the house right away, send out the candies, and repeat.  You can get up to 3 candies each time, this way.  Sometimes you get nothing, sometimes you get coins, but it’s better than walking all over creation searching for 1 or 2 candies.
